How does a Pet Wellness Plan Work?
Our clients always prioritize the health of their pets over financial concerns. However, despite the importance of routine preventive care for your pet's health, it can be difficult to manage these recurring costs.
Our Wellness Plans "bundle" the preventive services that keep your pet healthy throughout the year into a simple monthly payment plan, allowing you to save money and better manage your budget.
What is included in a Pet Wellness Plan?
Our Pet Wellness Plans for cats and dogs in Rancho Cucamonga include the essentials for your pet to thrive.
Our Plans include annual and 6-month wellness exams, core vaccinations, parasite screenings, heartworm testing, and flea & tick prevention. They will also include a 15% discount on bloodwork panels, dental, spay, and neuter procedures, and 50% off additional exams.
The Importance of Preventive Care
Wellness exams are a comprehensive examination of your pet's health. They enable us to detect and treat any emerging health issues, as well as examine your pet's diet to ensure it contains sufficient daily nutrients.
Occasionally, pets may appear healthy, but their bodies may harbor the early signs of disease - sometimes without obvious symptoms. Therefore, we conduct blood tests to ensure their health.
Untreated parasites can be fatal for animals of all sizes. Prevention is the best form of protection, which is why every Wellness Plan includes a 12-month supply of flea, tick, and heartworm prevention medication.
If your pet does become infected, our fecal exams and heartworm tests are designed to detect these life-threatening diseases, which are typically undetectable until your pet becomes gravely ill.

Can I pay for a full year up front?
Yes, you can pay for the full year when you sign up for your Wellness Plan.
An additional $50 one-time membership fee is collected upon enrolment.

Do Wellness Plans renew automatically after a year?
Yes, unless you request that we cancel your plan, it will renew automatically each year.

How do I make the monthly payments?
Your payment information (credit card) is entered into a secure portal when you sign up for your plan. You can choose the withdrawal date between the 1st and 15th of each month that's best for you.

Wellness Plans for older pets include the standard core services, in addition to screening for various age-related diseases and disorders.

My pet is young and healthy. Does it make sense to buy a Wellness Plan?
Regular preventive veterinary care for young animals can help build a foundation for good life-long health. When you sign your pet up for a Wellness Plan as a puppy or kitten, puppy/kitten vaccinations are included in the monthly fee.

What happens if my pet passes during the 12-month commitment?
If your pet passes away during your 12-month commitment, we will cancel the plan immediately.

While both Wellness Plans and pet insurance help you manage the costs of your pet's veterinary care, the types of veterinary services they cover are different.
