Surgical protocols at our hospital include:

Pre-surgical assessments. In order to determine whether your pet is at risk for anesthesia-related complications, we will confirm the details of the procedure, conduct a physical examination, and ensure that blood tests have been completed and reviewed by the veterinarian.

Dedicated surgical suites. Surgical procedures are performed in a surgical suite. This room is kept sterile to prevent the spread of disease and cross-contamination.

Surgical attire. When inside the surgical suite, our personnel always wears disposable caps and masks. Additionally, those involved in the procedure will don sterile gowns and single-use gloves.
