Karen Lees was born and raised in beautiful San Diego. She lives locally with her husband; 4 year old son, 3 dogs (Tomo, Khori, Ms. Pickles) and 1 cat (Conan).

Karen has performed above expectations since joining our staff and has truly been a great addition to the team. Her warm, compassionate heart is the perfect blend for our environment.

One of her short term goals is to take an entire summer to tour the United States with her family and show her son the national treasures along the way. She is truly family oriented and does not miss an opportunity to share life's blessings with her family. Karen loves the outdoors and is quite outgoing. A few of her hobbies include riding dirt bikes in the desert, jeeping in the mountains, and boating in Lake Havasu.
